Shipping Policy:

At Straps & Knots Swimwear, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. Below is our shipping policy to ensure transparency and clarity regarding shipping procedures:

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Orders placed before 4pm will be shipped the same day

Shipping Methods:

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic and international orders.
  • Domestic orders are shipped via Delhivery and the tracking will be updated on your tracking order page and through email, while international orders are shipped via FedEx.

Shipping Rates:

  • Express Free shipping is offered on all our products!

Delivery Time:

  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Usually the products are delivered within typically it takes 3-5 business days depending on the location. All our orders are sent via express shipping!
  • Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout for both domestic and international orders.
  • Please note that delivery times may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or customs clearance procedures.

COD Terms:

  • COD is available on all orders.
  • COD orders might not get processed if the address is referring to PO box or is incomplete without proper contact information and if detected to be fraudulent.
  • The delivery will be attempted twice in the event of your unavailability.
  • This tracking information can be used to monitor the status and progress of the delivery.

Order Tracking:

  • Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
  • This tracking information can be used to monitor the status and progress of the delivery.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or addresses which are not clear with respect to, Door no, contact details etc. especially for COD orders.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional fees incurred due to incorrect address details will be the responsibility of the customer.

Customs and Duties:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country's customs authorities.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional charges related to customs clearance.

  • We strive to provide timely and accurate updates to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Damages:

  • We apologize for this, however, in the rare case you happen to receive a damaged/defective or a different product from what you had ordered, please notify us immediately by connecting with our customer care at strapsandknots@gmail.com. You can exchange products purchased from Straps and Knots Swimwear within 2 days of receiving the product.
