Exchange, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our Core Values

Being a huge Thalassophile myself I need a separate luggage for my swimwear on any beach vacation and buying them online has been difficult due to the price points, variety, quality, and fit issues! That is why we want you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from Straps & Knots! Every Swimwear is different because of the designs and hence have different sizing. We urge you to have a look at the size chart at the end of each swimwear to make a purchase decision!

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your swimwear or resort wear, we offer hassle-free exchanges and returns to ensure your shopping experience is as enjoyable as possible.

Acceptable Reasons for Returns/Exchanges:

  1. Manufacturing Defect (Free pickup)
  2. Incorrect Product (Free Pickup)
  3. Size Exchanges (We charge Rs. 100/- for return pickup as we display the design specific sizes for each product to avoid size confusions given that each design is different and one size chart will not be applicable to all)
  4. All return/exchange requests should be registered within 2 days of product delivery!
  5. We DO NOT accept returns or exchange request for discounted products and intimate wear.

Returns:

  1. You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 2 days of receiving your order for a full refund in the form of store credit. You can reach out through one of the 2 modes at the end of this page.
  2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label.
  3. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
  4. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges:

  1. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. You can find the contact details towards the end of this page.
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label for the item you wish to exchange. Once we receive it, we will process your exchange and ship out the new item.
  3. If the new item is of greater value than the original, you will be required to pay the price difference. If the new item is of lesser value, we will issue a refund for the difference in the form of store credit.
  4. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit instead.

Please note:

  • For hygiene reasons, swimwear bottoms must be tried on over underwear. Items returned without proper hygiene protection label that is stuck on the bikini bottom will not be accepted.
  • It must also be in the original packaging along with the tags and invoice.
  • Items returned in a non-resalable condition will not be eligible for a refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy criteria.
  • Unless there is a manufacturing defect we will not bear the shipping charges. For reasons such as change of mind, different style preference etc., shipping charges will be applicable.

How to claim exchange?

We DO NOT accept returns or exchange request for discounted products and intimate wear.

Our Delivery Service Partner will get in touch with you to request a convenient date and time for pick up. We charge INR 100 for style exchange (for transportation cost)

Please hand over the securely packed package to our delivery partner.

Cancellation Policy

Straps and Knots reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made within 7 – 10 business days.

If you wish to cancel an order once it has been placed you can do so, provided the product has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
